Rev. David Kezzelewule Ballah and his wife Cerena have been working in Paynesville, Liberia, for the past Twenty Three years. A native of Liberia and member of the Lorma Tribe, Rev. Ballah returned to his homeland after graduating from the Philadelphia College of Bible now Philadelphia Biblical University and Grand Rapids Theological Seminary.
